PulseGuard Pro Telecare and Nursing systems

December sees the launch of two new products here at Adris Technologies, designed to help the lives of adults living independently or within a care/nursing home setting who require comprehensive seizure and heart rate monitoring.

PulseGuard Pro Link and PulseGuard Pro LinkPage both work alongside our new Pro software packed with a whole host of new features.

We have worked closely alongside Local authorities, NHS foundation trusts and epilepsy specialists over the past year to take on board all feedback and ideas on what they would like to see from pulseGuard in the future.

Our grant funding from The Nominet Trust has allowed us to move forward with these ideas and develop a system that ticks all the boxes not only for patients who live alone and rely on telecare and telehealth systems to safeguard them. But also for nursing and care staff who look after patients with complex medical needs on a daily basis.

PulseGuard Pro Link allows for patients to be monitored continuously anywhere within their home whilst being connected into their existing lifeline/warden or nurse call system. The sensor is waterproof so patients can shower independently safe in the knowledge that should they have a seizure or an abnormal cardiac event PulseGuard Pro Link will trip their telecare system allowing for either their warden or relative to be with them immediately or for an ambulance to be arranged without delay.

PulseGuard Pro LinkPage has all of the same functionality of PulseGuard Pro Link but also has the added benefit of an independent paging system that can allow for multiple PulseGuard Pro systems to be linked into one or more pagers allowing for nursing/care staff to have better comprehensive monitoring and alerting to any of their residents using PulseGuard Pro as soon as their PulseGuard is activated.
