How to contact Technical Support
If you have a valid support contract* you are entitled to telephone & email support between 08:00 and 18:00 UTC (UK Time) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
You will be asked for your Technical Support number***, if you do not have it to hand, or if it has not been left in a voice message you may not receive a call back.

You are also entitled to priority E-Mail support with a 4 hour response time during office hours**:
* A valid support contract is provided with the purchase of a PulseGuard device or have purchased a support contract and have a valid support code.
** Office hours are Mon to Fri 08:00 till 18:00 UTC (UK Time).
*** You will have been provided with a Technical Support number when you purchase/register for support. Your Support number can be found on the Support Welcome Letter which you will have received either with your PulseGuard system or in the post after registering/purchasing your support. If you are unsure of your Support number or have lost it, please contact customer services during office hours**.
