How to contact Technical Support
If you are having technical issues with your PulseGuard device please select the type of support below for contact information:
If you have a valid support contract* you are entitled to 24/7 telephone support with a 4 hour response.
You will be asked for your Premium Technical Support number***, if you do not have it to hand, or if it has not been left in a voice message you may not receive a call back.

You are also entitled to priority E-Mail support with a 4 hour response time during office hours**:
With Premium Support your request will take priority over Basic Support customers.
If you do not have a valid support contract you are still entitled to basic support, this includes email and telephone support within our office hours**.
You will be able to call for basic support however this does not include software updates or software re-installation.

* A valid Premium support contract is provided with the purchase of a PulseGuard device (provided you registered for support after purchase using the code provided) or have purchased a support contract and have a valid support code.
** Office hours are Mon to Fri 9.30am till 5pm.
*** You will have been provided with a Premium Technical Support number when you purchase/register for support. Your Premium Support number can be found on the Support Welcome Letter which you will have received either with your PulseGuard system or in the post after registering/purchasing your support. If you are unsure of your Support number or have lost it, please contact customer services during office hours**.
