* A valid support contract is provided with the purchase of a PulseGuard device or have purchased a support contract and have a valid support code.

** Office hours are Mon to Fri 08:00 till 18:00 UTC (UK Time).

*** You will have been provided with a Technical Support number when you purchase/register for support. Your Support number can be found on the Support Welcome Letter which you will have received either with your PulseGuard system or in the post after registering/purchasing your support.  If you are unsure of your Support number or have lost it, please contact customer services during office hours**.
